We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at TurtleyAwesomeExpressions@gmail.comwithin 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund to the original payment method. Please do not mail anything back unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

If an item is lost or significantly delayed during shipping, contact us so we can review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights required by applicable law.
